Do BT ever respond to support requests?

I completed the required form to transfer out my business domain to another Host/Registrar two days ago. Guess what? I'm still waiting on a response despite being advised that a reply would be forthcoming in 12 hours!

 

You would have thought that BT would respond reasonably quickly to a business customer - but, NO - Friday 5:00 has arrived and I will just have to wait until Monday to make another attempt.

This type of request is usually answered within a business day.  I am very sorry if you have not had a reply as yet.  Replies are sent by e-mail to the supplied contact address or the primary @btconnect.com address.

If this still isn't resolved, butcherboy, then send me a private message (click on my Icon, you will find the link to do this down the page and on the right) with the domain name in question.

I can confirm that a reply was sent to your primary btconnect.com email address on the 17/06/11 at 1337 Pm.

 

A further reply to your enquiry today was also sent to the supplied contact address at 1005 Am.
