I completed the required form to transfer out my business domain to another Host/Registrar two days ago. Guess what? I'm still waiting on a response despite being advised that a reply would be forthcoming in 12 hours!
You would have thought that BT would respond reasonably quickly to a business customer - but, NO - Friday 5:00 has arrived and I will just have to wait until Monday to make another attempt.
This type of request is usually answered within a business day. I am very sorry if you have not had a reply as yet. Replies are sent by e-mail to the supplied contact address or the primary @btconnect.com address.
