Domain Forwarding

I am trying to forward my BT registered domain, to another website using URL forwarding. When i Save the change in Advanced manager the system says it has not save because there are two www sites. The other site is to a IP address and is greyed out so not available to change.

Can anyone help with this problem?

Hi Chip20014u,

 

Do you have a hosting pack with BT?  This usually means that the ip will be greyed out if you do, if not this should not be geryed out.

 

If you contact the helpdesk on 0845 600 7020 or go to http://www.dnsforms.co.uk and select domain enquiry we will be able to resolve this for you.
