I am trying to forward my BT registered domain, to another website using URL forwarding. When i Save the change in Advanced manager the system says it has not save because there are two www sites. The other site is to a IP address and is greyed out so not available to change.
Can anyone help with this problem?

Do you have a hosting pack with BT? This usually means that the ip will be greyed out if you do, if not this should not be geryed out.
