The company I work for have a domain name (jacksonsnurseries.co.uk) and according to Nominets whois Register.com/BT are the current registrar.

The problem is that nobody here has any idea of any BT account details including account numbers, logins/passwords.
I've tried going through register.com to recover username/password and when i enter our domain name it isn't found.
I've tried to do the same through BT but to no avail and would be very grateful for any suggestions on how to resolve this problem
