I purchased through BT two Domains recently which is proving to be a big mistake. After purchasing them I realised I wanted to use them at a different service provider and have tried on numerous occassions to transfer them out but BT just ignore my requests. I have been on line and completed the on-line email transfer form at least 3 times but still without success and its impossible to try and call anyone. Absolutely rubbish service and support does anyone have any suggestions as this is driving me mad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
