Hi,
I have been asked to update a website which is hosted by bt - www.organicarchitects.co.uk
I have all the usernames and passwords required to get access however when I try to go to ftp.organicarchitects.co.uk it says there is a problem loading.
I read in another post that a similar issue was resolved by something to do with the dns - can anyone assist with enabling the ftp address for this site?
