i have just purchase a hosting package.
at the same BT migrated some servers (and messed up loads of my Advanced DNS - my email still doesn't work)
now when you type my website in a browser e.g. bt.com (as opposed to www.bt.com) nothing comes up. you have to insert the www. before the domain - is there someway round this please?
EDIT : I have found a support doc on this - you have to put @ in as a key 🙂
