Dont use BT Business OnePlan if you want to keep your sanity

Hi

 

I have had nothing but problems, bad customer service, lack of response, NO RESPONSE, an inability to get to the right person and a whole raft of other problems.

 

One plan is only in name, its service is abysmal and I have now spent six months trying to get out of it due to incorrect billing. Everyone should check all of their bills from the start. Mt credits are running at well over £900 in total so far and I havent finished yet. The product is almost impossible to complain about as you cant get the right person and when you do they are hopeless.

Hi there Rjamjm,

 

I am having similar problems and getting no where fast. I have bills for 3k & 4k respectively for services that were promised for a Website in December 2010,  the invoices started in January 2011 for products that have never materlised. I email BT Broadband without success and now into May 2011 still do not have the website, having talked to a lawyer, am considering contacting the Watchdog or Get Dom on the BBC.

 

Disgusting quality of service for such a reputable company, a leader carrying the flag for British Industry, what a joke! This from a company who offer a joint venture service with Google & British Business Assoc'

  

If you or anybody reading this have any usefull addresses please advise.
