I am very new to BT business and have recently purchased a Hub. I have successfully activated my VoIP line and went to plug in my phone but there is no suitable socket to plug it in to. Do I need a special phone or adapter or something? Nobody told me about that when they were selling it to me. (BTW I have the free VoIP, when I mean selling I mean selling me the BT virtues).
