Have installed and setup agents for EasyLiveChat, created link on company web site, created an agent logon page.
Logged on agent no issues screen appears with chat sessions blank.
Logged on user sent message nothing appears on the agents session.
Selecting logout on agent session, user's message appears, but as I have logged out can no long reply.
Can someone help.

Tried Green button still no go. I will point out at this stage EasyLiveChat was recommended by BT as I was trying to install LiveZilla which they did not support, EasyLiveChat was supported by BT not to sure what this meant as apart from a very basic installation pdf document thats it !!!!!!

There is a little green checkmark on the top, I think it is labelled "chat" which should open the chats available and allow the agent to type to the customer
