EasyLiveChat - Agent Number?

I am currently trying out Easy Live Chat & adding agents... however it only lets me add 1 - after that it tells me that I have added the maximum number of agents (1)... how on earth do I (presuming I can!) add another, ideally I would like several staff on at once, with the ability to transfer clients between them if necessary - surely as it has transfer as an option more than one agent is possible?

 

I should mention that I am using the BT Advanced Web Hosting Package.

Unfortunately at present EasyLiveChat only supports one agent. The tranfer feature was added in preparation for future updates that will allow more agents and a system like you describe but we have no ETA on when a program update like this will take place. Your best bet at the moment would be to go with third party coding or programming to accomplish what you are trying to do.
