Ebay Items in e-shop

Hi we have recently started to used e-shop and are having problems getting our items onto our ebay shop - firstly it wont accept the categories and also - mostly - it wont allow me to set the items as "new".  It doesnt matter what I do, the item defaults to "used" after saving.

I hope someone can help its driving me mad

If you go to eBay settings in your e- Shop you can change all your defaults ,so it will always default to new .
