Hi SallyB,
I'm really sorry you are still having problems with your Alias account. I have sent some test emails to both your alias and btconnect address to see if you get them. I have also asked our technical team to check the account, i will let you know what they come back with.
Kind Regards

Hi SallyB,
The technical team have had a look at this, and updated the records on your domain. If you can please monitor over the next 24 hours, try sending a test email to both your email alias and BTconnect mail with a similar subject:
e.g Test email 1 sent to BTconnect, and Test email 1 sent to Alias
If you still have problems please let me know, or contact the Technical team.
Kind Regards
