I've been trying since Monday to get this email upgrade done. No emails for 2 days! Couldn't get a response from BT and ended up having to get a computer company in to do it. There's no wizard for Windows 7 and Office 2007, only Windows 10. Although I am now able to send and receive emails, it's much slower than before. Sending large files is so slow I gave up today. My internet is also running slow. I'm once again disgusted at BT inflicting something that I didnt want on me which has cost time and money and a lot of stress - only to end up with a less effective product.
