I run email for several UK based customers. We updated our servers IP address 2 weeks ago, and since this time we have found that customers are reporting that emails sent to @btconnect addresses never arrive. They do not bounce, and instead appear to go to a black hole.
We have run several tests and have found the same result. @btinternet works fine, this is specifically to BTconnect only.
We have tried to contact BT directly, but the company is huge and support centres get stuck because we are not a customer, but just someone trying to email a customer. Their advice was to ask the BTconnect user to call support. Not really helpful.
At this stage we seem to have hit a brick wall. But I am curious, do any @BTconnect users here sometimes do not receive emails that someone swears they sent?
