I'm getting this error code and cannot receive or send emails. Background is that I have been following instructions on getting ready for the switch from BT Yahoo to BT Mail - I removed my existing email account details from Outlook and then re-entered them. The new settings show IMAP and when I try to send an email I get a message saying my server has closed IMAP down.
Any ideas please?
