Eshop Easy Site Optimizer

I have the basic £25 per month eshop and when i log on i get 8 different images offering different services. However, under the 'Promote Your Website - Step 3' i click on Easy Site Optimizer and it just brings me back to the same page. Should it be doing this.

I have the same problem.  I think that none of the optiions work. Hassle the support desk about it.

Hi,

I had the same query when I first ordered eShop from BT. It appears that when you login to the BT Website Centre you see the generic menu options, whether or not they are active on your account.

In the case of eShop, you are advised that all functionality with regards to promoting your site is within the eShop software, and you should ignore all these options on the Home page of the BT Website Centre.

You therefore only use the options under the Ecommerce>>eShop page.

Other customers without eShop, eg. Starter Web Hosting, have access to these options to build and promote their site.
