My family are existing MS Office 365 user. I have a domain hosted by BT. I have modified the DNS MX record to redirect mail to Office 365. I have added a forward to usernames@btconnect.com to redirect to the Office 365 accounts.
What are the implications when BT convert my BT e-mail system to Office 365? What will get broken?
