Explorer browser problems with eazy site

Hi there, can anyone tell me what the benefits are of having an eazy wizard website published only for customer to be unable to access and do business. Seems to be a pointless exercise, but excellent for ruining reputation.

Your site looks like it is working and it is not obvious at first glance what you mean when you say customers are unable to access it...

For anyone accessing website using internet explorer web browser the webpages look distorted and text out ofalignment. Can you check for me to see if problem lies with own computer.
