Hi How do I add an extra e mail account. Bt connect using office 365.

How do I create an additional e mail account. I use office 365

Hi robertrainbow,

To create an additional mailbox on your BT account you would login to the manage services section of our website using your primary @btconnect.com email address and password.

Once logged in click on "Add New Email User"

This will take you through the process to create a new new address on your account.
