When I try to log in to my email for the first time, I am asked for the answer to a secret question ("Parent's name?"). I have never set a secret question and so don't know the answer. Can anyone help?

Hi srowse,
I would advise you to contact the orders helpdesk to get them to reset the security question on your account.
If you email them on orders@btbroadbandoffice.com they will be able to advise on how to reset the question.
