Hi!.
I'm experiencing intermittently very slow speed access to any site from 2 or 3 weeks ago ... I'm from Edinburgh, belonging to the Fountainbridge Exchange ... Navigation is fine and suddenly goes from 44ms to 3500ms for a while, sometimes few minutes ... Is anybody else experiencing the same?. Nothing to do with my installation at home, filters, routers, etc. Everything has been double checked and nothing changes.
