Solved: FAX

Just got the BTPC fax set up, but when I send just a blank page is received at the receivers end fax

Hi Steph.

Thank you for sending me the link for FAQ I did try that and nothiong seemed to cover my problem, I then e-mailed BTPC for help, they seem to have sorted it their end, not really sure what the problem was but seems to be working now, they id say if the problem happens again, then get back to them, the persons dealing with my problem was very helpful, told me he had to pass it onto IT to deal with, which he did and all seems ok now.

Hi Sheila,
