FTP Hosting

I am finding it gravely difficult to allow FTP users to logon to certain folders of my webspace. Is it even possible? I can logon with the domain account no problem, but when i attempt to allow users to FTP to specific areas they cannot login with the specified username and password.

 All i basically want to do is allow a handful of users to upload/download files to a specific part of my webspace (it will not be a webpage, just raw file), how do i do this?

If you have set up secondary users, please make sure you are adding the domain to the username.

Eg if the username was username, then the username to use would be username.domain.com
