Finding original Information

Hi, my problem is I have just renewed my domainwhich I have not used for a long time, years in fact.

 

I am in the position where I cannot remember my user name, password, and original email address in fact any of the original information.

 

Everytime I try to get assistance the dialogue box asks me for answers to questions that I cannot answer. My current email address is not the original one.

 

How can I recover this information?

 

HELP!!!

Hi Neville,

 

Two ways in which you can retrieve the information.

 

1. If you have the domain renewal reminder, just reply to this asking for your details, we will then advise on how to obtain these by reply.

 

2. If you have not got the renewal reminder, use the dns enquiry form at www.dnsforms.co.uk and in the WM number box just enter WM12345678 and in the security reminder box just enter what you think may be the answer, we will then respond to this with further details.

 

Please ensure that you just enter the details of the enquiry on the form.
