Firefox Issue

Can anyone tell me please why Firefox and BT have a problem, it fails to find a link then I re-enter and get what is wanted followed by desktop help which offers to fix it, and launches IE which on my laptop is now corrupted by patches etc.

 

Firefox is the latest and I am running XP with a 2700 wireless router.

We are not aware of any compatibility issues with using Firefox on the BT Business Service.

May I recommend trying the following link and carrying out the steps listed to clear your browser cache under the heading Mozilla Firefox.
