First time using a CRM - write permissions?

Can someone help - this is the first time I have uploaded a CRM onto my website and I get this message saying that my CRm is not able to write to the data folder - do I have to change the folder access permissions? if so how please?

if you give command in uniques, than it will the premission to access the CRM folders.
