Hi
We have been allowing customers to view their orders on our web pages on btconnect.com for a number of years now, and we used to get access logs saved in the 'logs' folder every night which we could then download the next day.
This has not been happening for a long time now - I have looked at all possible options when logged in to the home page, does anybody know how to switch the logging facility back on or does BT no longer save the logs unless you buy a much more expensive hosted solution?
Thanks
Chris

I believe that since BT relaunched their web hosting 3 or so years ago, it is only the paid for hosting packages that get access to the log files.
The paid for packages have an option to turn logs on and off but the free hosting doesn't have this.

Hi Dave
Thanks for that - I suspected it was something like that but was unable to find any reference to log files in any of the current packages on offer.
