Morning All,
I have a number of domains that all need to point to the same site.
I have set up URL forwarding as follows:
(as per the advice here: http://business.forums.bt.com/t5/Website-hosting-domains/domain-without-www/m-p/17038#M5027)
In advanced DNS page -
Type Key Value
URL www http://www.newsite.com
URL @ http://www.newsite.com
However when I try and access the page without the www I still get a forbidden page. The equivalents with the www all redirect fine.
For example:
http://severnquantapoint.co.uk/
http://quantapointeurope.co.uk/
As a side note, is URL forwarding the best way to do this or should the A record for each site just point to the same IP?
Thanks in advance.
Alex.

Cheers Ian - all sorted now.
Out of interest, was this something I could fix myself or was it a problem with one of the locked A records? I'm planning to pull in more domains into this account - would be nice if I knew how to fix these problems myself (assuming the customer can do this).
It is a known issue which has been raised.
Best thing to do is when you register new domains, let us know via the dns enquiry form at
http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/contact#s=ImNhdD0xOTk1fGZvcm1fc3RhdGU9MCI.
and just request us too unlock the records.
