Can anyone at BT enlighten me as to why my transfer in requests for the domains severnquantapoint.com and severnprojects.com have not gone through?
I believe that you keep the transfer open for 5 days after which it will fail. The two domains above have shown as pending since 14/10/10 so I think there's a fair chance they will show as failed tomorrow or day after (previous successful transfer have completed within 2 days or so).
Can someone advise why they failed:
- Admin email not responded to?
- Domain not unlocked correctly?
- Incorrect Auth code?
I am trying to extract these domains from a less than helpful hosting company and could do with a pointer as to why they are failing.
