Having just added to domains I want to forward thenm to my primary domain as required. When i do this through the DNS management console it comes back with the message
You are trying to set a www record, when one already exists for this domain. This can cause issues with the domain resolving properly. None of the changes just submitted have been saved. If you need to change a www record please use Advanced Domain Manager.
I have already set up, in the past a couple of other domains so don't know what the problem is or what I am doing wrong if anything. Someone else has had the same problem I see and had it resolved.
The primary domain is llwyndu-farmhouse.co.uk and the ones i am trying to set uo are www.barmouthheritagegroup.co.uk & barmouthheritagegroup.org.uk.
Any help would be appreciated. I emailed BT last Monday/Tuesday when they acknowledged but nothing since. I phoned today and was asked to fill in a form, which, when I got to the page led me to the same form I had completed on Tuesday!!!
