I received a letter from BT last week offering me what appeared to be free superfast broadband but being a suspicious person such offers worry me so where is the catch?

Hi there,
Call sales on 0800800154 and ask them to look at your account. If you've been a long term customer BT sometimes offer reductions for loyalty.
