Unstable Broadband

Every so often over the last few days I have lost my Broadband connection but when I check the avaiability site it shows no problems yet the village has been crawling with Open Reach working on what I assume is fibre optics.  Any suggestions on how I can obtain a genuine Broadband check would be helpfull.

Once fibre show up here you should be able to order with BT.

If you contact the helpdesk they can test the line for you to see what is going on with the line.
