Ok, I have had this business account for a while now. And, I am willing to take another look at it, and I hope I shall not be stressed out anymore ... I have queries, and if anyone can help me... please contact me.
First of all, I need to set up a nice website, and cannot understand the web builder thing on this. So I am going to be needing extra care to explain to me how to do it. I did try once upon a time, and just left it, as I got too stressed out.... also I kept getting sales calls from BT for the website builder service which costs 200... and I am not in a position to pay that unfortunately.
I need a plain website, where I can put links for soundcloud, twitter, facebook, msyspace, and reverbnation... I am not selling anything on the site, and it is for links. I also need to do a podcast, and I am having problems trying to find a good podcast site, that has not ended their service, so can anyone recommend one for me? Also, I would like to place a shoutcast stream http on as a link to click on and to open up the shoutcast page... for a radio stream. So, if anyone has any suggestions or ideas, please let me know, if private message, I can give more info.
Thanks.

For many building their first website it's akin to defending ones self in court.. it can be done but is never wholly advisable especially if it is for a business. It being far better that you do what you do best to earn a living and employ somebody else to suffer the stress, of course if you have the time then a couple of hours a night for a month with weekends off and you could put something half decent together yourself. Wether or not you would be entirely happy with the result is less harder to predict.
However if you want to have a go yourself I would recommend using a package called Wordpress rather than the BT site builder because not only is it free and has an active support forum that can help you with all aspects of installation and setup but it's modular construction approach means you can add more features as you become confident. All you have to basically do to get started is choose a pre-prepared template and add the written content.
As for the multimedia content such as audio or video linking to an existing radio station is pretty straightforward but streaming your own station tends to get expensive (not even sure if BT allow it) and it may well be worthwhile taking a look at Youtube. Either setting up your own channel & playlist or if you are feeling really adventurous the developers API (application programming interface) will allow you to create a virtual radio station of sorts.
