Going Limited

I've got a BT Business Phone line, Option 3 Broadband, Domain Name and Web Hosting with over a year to run on my contract.  My accountant has recommended that I form a Limited company to maximise tax efficiency.

 

Can I just sign a new contract in the limited company name and carry on? Obviously I don't want to lose my domain name, website or phone number!

Why do you need a new contract?   

 

With our small company some invoices are in the company name and some in the individual names ... they are just put through the accounts and VAT reclaimed.
