To Anyone at BT
Please help. We moved into a new unit on the 20th February 2012. We contacted a local Telecoms company that we had used before to sort the comms. They contacted BT to have the appropriate lines installed. We are a Telesales company that rely on the phones working.
We have now been here for 6 weeks and we still do not have a service that can be used.
We are Exeter based.
Can someone from BT please make contact.
It would be better for you to contact them personally. Since you have a business that needs BT service, they should have a different offer for you.
