Please does anyone know how to get BT to deal with a complaint?
I have been trying for the last month to get someone at BT to even understand my issues. I have spoken to numerous people, been advised numerous times that it is being dealt with and that someone would be calling me back. Yeah right.
I have managed to get the email address for this person who is supposed to be dealing with this and have even put my issues in writing. Yet again I have had to chase him by phone and email and when I do speak with him, he still dosen't actually understand my issues???
I really don't know what more I can do and can only assume the next thing I will be getting a letter asking why I haven't paid by bill. Well the answer to that is when someone has the ability to understand my issues and deal with them, I will pay for what is owed.
Please help.
I spoke to someone on live chat this morning at BT they were very unhelpful but did give me an address for making complaints, you may have already tried this but here it is anyway:
