Hi Noonoo

Error 403 indicates that the request is forbidden. You don't have access to enter the website.

A 403 error message on your website means that the web server is pointing to a folder but cannot find the appropriate file or homepage. The web server does not know what to do and returns this error.

The server looks in the folder for the first page to display when the domain name is entered and, if the page exists, then shows the site.

A common reason for this error to occur is that a directory index has been requested in a directory for which such requests have been specifically disallowed. If this is the reason, you need to change the filename of your homepage, change the default homepage setting or undo the disallow setting.

If you still need further help you can contact the helpdesk on 0845 600 7020 and follow the options for broadband

Thanks

Frances

Hi

There is information on our help and support files as to what an Error 404 means. Basically it is where a file has been moved, renamed or siliar. From the error that google tools it giving it looks like it says that http://www.weddinginvitationsandfavours.co.uk/WebRoot is not a valid link or being found, The page you selected has either been deleted or renamed.

I hope this helps

Kind Regards

Fiona
