I work for an angency that looks after clients email marketing activity (newsletters, strategy, reports etc) and have a query regarding hard bounces.
In December, they sent an email and after this send they received a message to say that all BT domain emails hard bounced and were removed from their database.
We've suggested that BT could have remvoed these due to dis-engagement and not opening emails for a number of months but they want to investigate this further.
Anyone had a similar issue before or can point me in the right direction?
