Just a quarterly check as to any news regarding solving the long outstanding BT Business Hub issues.
Does the BT Business Hub 5 solve the problems with Vodafone Suresignal that Hub 3 has and the session handling limitations of Hub 2701 HGV-C. Having to keep swapping the device depending on what I am trying to do is very tiresome.
The BT Business Hub 3 has proven unusable in small business environments due to incorrect handling of VPN tunnels and inability to control port mapping correctly. Good example is lack of support for Vodafone Suresignal, a simple UPnP VPN tunnelling device.
The BT Business Hub 2701 HGV-C although very capable with VPN's and Vodafone Suresignal provides a highly unreliable basic service. Problem being it appears to frequently deadlock under load at which time internet traffic stops passing through the hub ... wait 30 secs and gradually packets start to flow again.
