Have you set up another Broadband account, I hope not?

Broadband was already up and running round my connection date about 10 March 2011, however, just received email saying: Thanks for requesting a change to your broadband service.... Your new broadband minimum term is 24 months starting from 20/05/2011.

 

Other than when it first went live, have been unable to use it at all as it connects to router but it will not pick up the internet.  Unfortunately am not at the broadband location during BT's office hours telephone help line mon-fri closes at 6pm. 

 

Can someone from BT please make sure you're not setting up another Broadband account for me please?  Its taken me 3 months to get my initial requests sorted out and now this.
