Help me get the most of out of my BT Business Phone Line

I note that this forum is for "helping people to get the most from their BT Business Products", so here goes:

 

I have a BT Business phone line, which I can't get the most out of as it currently doesn't do anything. It hasn't done anything (not even a dialtone) for three days.

 

I have phoned BT half a dozen times, but nobody there can tell me what the fault is, why my phone line doesn't work, or when it will be fixed.

 

So I'm begging you BT - Help me get the most out of my business phone line, by making it work.

I have now been informed by BT "...there has been a decoration of 'matters beyond our reasonable control' between ofcom our regulator and bt openreach and as a result we are unable to get any further updates from them".

 

This has to be most convoluted way of saying "we have no idea whats going on, and we dont care" I have ever seen!
