Hope someone can answer my question.
I ordered the Business Boradband and line package and have had the line installed last week and an email today to say the broadband is now connected.
However I have not received a welcome pack or BT hub as yet.
i expected to get this before my broadband was connected. I am assuming this is in with my package?
Also can the BT Hub supplied support a Wifi connection to my PC in my office or will I need to purchase a separate router to do this?

sorry yo hear you have had this problem with the welcome pack/router, yes you are right in saying that the welcome pack should arrive with the router!
when was the activation date?
unfortunately over a forum like this you can not give me any personal details for me to look the account up and to chase up and find out where the router is.
You can try the online order tracker at www.bt.com/business/trackorder.
Regarding the BT Hub supplied supporting a Wifi connection to the PC in your office, yes that will work as long as it is within the wireless range, you would only need to log on to the network with the wep key which will be on a sticker attached to the router.
