Help please with Easy Live Chat

Hi Everyone (again!)

I have installed Easy Live Chat and all appears to be working well, however I cannot get my logo in the top and side bars. I know that I have to advise of the http: link on the set up page, but how do I do this, my logo is simply a picture and not a URL.

Any ideas as I am getting fed up now.

Images can still be urls. You would be best to create a folder in your public folder, named images, for instance. Then you have to upload your logo image via ftp (file transfer protocol) into that folder. Next  enter the http address which references the image. All  presupposes you have some html knowledge of course. Hope this helps.

I have no html knowledge nor website building experience, this is all completely new to me. A step by step guide would be great if this is possible. Sorry to be a pain

I have referred to the guide on this matter and it merely states:

Logos:
Provide a link to be used for the Agent and Client login interface.
-The top link “Logo” defines the image shown to the top left of the screen.
-The “Side bar logo” appears to the right of the client chat interface.

Which doesn't help me a great deal.

Page 13 of the guide shows where you insert the html code or address which will reference the logo image.

Unfortunately, you need to upload the image to your webspace on the server first and I cannot do that for you as your ftp details are rightly confidential. Sorry to repeat this  but you would need to learn a small amount of html coding and how to use an ftp program with which to upload your file.
