I am just looking for some advise and help in choosing the right system for my business.
I have two offices situiated far apart.
I have 10 different telephone number from 4 different exchanges.
What i am looking for is when a customer ring any of the numbers the phone rings in both the offices and anyone availble can answer the phone.
I need callerID to be present to enable to link to customer database.
I only have 4 phones. ie only 4 available people to answer calls at any one time.
it would be good to know which phone number the customer rang.
I have read about the hosted VOIP BT Versitility BCM50 Just gets more confusing.......which system...?
Please help advise... 🙂
