I have found that any emails I sent from BTconnect to Hotmail addresses are not received. (No message or undeliverable to say there is an error or it is undeliverable - the recipient just says they never got it.) However, if I reply to an email from a Hotmail address, then it is received.
BT didn't know about any problem when I contacted them yesterday. I am now trying to work out if it's a setup problem on my computer and Mac Mail or whether it's a general problem (BT or Hotmail) by sending emails as well after accessing BT.com website.
Does anyone else have this problem or have any clues why this is happening?

Can you please send myself a pvt message with an example of the email sent.
We need.
From
To
Date sent
Subject.
I can then do a trace on this to see if it was delivered or not.
We recommend advising the recipient to check their junk mail folder as well (in the web access).
