There's an announcement on the BT eShops Admin homepage for a discount when signing up to Twenga.
I've just done so but need to configure it to track orders - Twenga gives 2 options, insert some code but I am not sure where or what to put where it asks you to enter your own values, or get a key and send it to your e-commerce provider. I've sent the key to the BT eShop support email but can't say I've been too impressed with their service so am not sure that they will be either able or willing to set up Twenga for me.
Does anyone know if BT will do this, or if not how I set it up myself using the code give?

Hi,
You can insert the hash key yourself. It may be a little quicker than asking BT to do it.
If you go to 'Marketing' - 'Product Portals' then down the bottom of the list you will find Twenga.
On the UK line tick the box over on the right, then Save.
You should now be able to click where it says United Kingdom. This will take you to the admin screen for Twenga which has a box for the hash key, plus a few other options.
Only just set it up so no idea if it works, but I have now found out that all my products are already on Twenga via Ebay!
