Can any1 advise please on how in earth i cancel my esaver order?
I ordered an esaver online, and later on noticed I didnt have any provisions for mobile calls. I asked a live chat and they said if i were to make another order, i could cancel my other.
I realised at this pint that having no call center to call to regarding my phone line could be problematic, so i phoned up and placed another order in for a new phone line and connection with an operative, and then asked how i cancelled my esaver, to her credit, she attempted to help me and couldnt seem to find how nor did her senior. maionly due to it being a internet admin product. At this point i managed to find a contact us regarding canceling order email service, which promptly told me to contact the After sales team, which promptly said that they couldnt help as it was an internet admin product... helpful!!
So currently I have 2 orders in place for line installation and 2 products, which i quite obviously dont want.
Please please please advise how I cancel esaver as cant see sod all on anything in my account!!!!

You should be able to cancel the order online and select Email BT, On the sales page for esaver there is also a link at the top of the page for help and when you click on it, there is a number to call ESaver if you have placed an order. If you prefer you can send me a private mail with your ESaver account details i can send off a request to cancel this for you.
