Looking through this forum, it's fairly evident that it's not being actively manned by anyone from BT. Lots of issues that seemingly have no responses.
How do I just get to speak to someone who can help me with my issues? Every number I try to call just takes me through a series of automated options which are not relevant to my query...

Did manage x 2 but they couldnt or wouldnt help as I havent been sent an account number!!!!
Its too secret so cant pay my now late bill and cant upgrade only thing keeping me trying is the thought of paying the set up charges again but so fed up
