I have uploaded asp files on my web site www.hm-uk.com but any asp files cannot be viewed. I just get 404 errors. I have used the .htaccess file to change the default page which works, but any .asp page gets a 404 error. Can this be checked out for me? Phone line queue is a bit too long at present. TIA

It can take up to 24 hours to become active but occassionally it will say it is active and you still get the 404 error. In that case you should contact support and report as a fault.

That's an HTML page that is displaying, it is ASP that the poster was having problems with. Presumably he has put up the HTML page because he hasn't got ASP working yet...
If you haven't already reported it, you should report it through the following link. THe support guys won't usually take support requests through this forum.
